Once you're high level enough, respec becomes obsolete. I found this gem on YouTube and I think everyone should know about this awesome ending. This build provides the highest survivability whilst doing obscene amounts of damage from afar, all within the safety of VATS slow mo. In order to make best use of the melee build, you need to first have proper perks at hand. Adjusted the priority inputs to hopefully make it more clear that they can be changed.
